The Bunker 21 Year Anniversary at Announced day of party
21+, 10p-8a

Join us as we celebrate TWENTY ONE years of The Bunker. Yes, The Bunker is old enough to legally drink in NY State!

Wata Igarashi has joined us behind the decks at The Bunker in Brooklyn seven times since we presented his US debut back in 2017, shortly after he released his first of three EPs on our label. We haven’t had Wata play live since before lockdown, and after hearing his much celebrated set from Sonar this year, we decided it was high time to do it again. As we think back to 2016 when Wata brought most of his studio to the club to play live at The Bunker’s event in Tokyo, we feel immense pride for his remarkable rise to prominence in the techno scene over the years.

We’ll also be presenting three back to back sets featuring members of The Bunker New York family and some very special guests. Opening the night will be an unprecedented back to back set from The Bunker’s own Patrick Russell and Antenes. Both have thrilled us over the years with many sets at The Bunker, and we’re excited to see what kind of bubbling energy and left turns they bring to start off the night. Prime time we have Introspekt and Sister Zo, who will be dropping all manner of broken beats, bass music, UK Garage, dubstep and who knows what else? We do for sure know it’s going to be incredibly fun! When we asked Mike Servito who he wanted to do a b2b with to close the night, Detroit’s Father Dukes was at the top of his list, and who are we to argue with a great choice like that? They will be taking us past sunrise with their first ever back to back set.

We’ll be in a Bushwick warehouse with 4 point Void sound, lighting by Inner Light, and a safer spaces team to keep the vibes on point.
