The Bunker presents Thomas Fehlmann, Gudrun Gut, BIG A little a, and Parts & Labor at subTonic
$5
For the time being, the plumbing is still all messed up at Tonic. The risk of flooding in subTonic is too great, so we will not be downstairs this week. We postponed the Parts & Labor / Aa upstairs midnight show so that we could move the Thomas Fehlmann show upstairs (big thanks to P&L and Aa for being so understanding and accomodating to our German guests). Bunker DJs will follow this show upstairs, so it will be a late night party. Thomas Fehlmann has been making electronic music since 1980, and is perhaps most well known as a member of The Orb. Lately, he has been releasing some amazing techno tracks on Kompakt. He also just released a full length on Plug Research called "Lowflow", and tonight's live set will consist mostly of tracks from that album. Gudrun Gut is the owner of both the Moabit and Monika Enterprise record labels. She is also the founder of the highly respected Oceanclub collective in Berlin. She's been in several influential bands, including Mania D, Malaria, Matador, and even had a short stint in the earliest incarnation of Einstürzende Neubauten.
