Thomas Fehlmann has a special place deep in the heart of the history of electronic music as we know it. In the late '70s and early '80s (before some of you were even alive), Thomas was a member of legendary avant-garde band Palais Schaumberg. When they disbanded, he began putting out electronic dance music as Ready Made in the late '80s. At this time, he also founded the Teutonic Beats label, which released some of the earliest German compilations of 4/4 dance music.

In 1989, he met Alex Patterson of The Orb, and began a relationship with the band which lasts to this day, moving up from opening dj to co-producer very quickly. He also became a member of the 3MB collective in the early '90s, along with seminal techno legends Moritz Von Oswald (aka Maurizio), Juan Atkins, and Eddie Fowlkes, releasing several records on the Tresor label. In the mid-90's, he started Oceanclub with Gudrun Gut, which remains a well respected club and radio program to this day. In addition to touring and producing with The Orb in the late '90s, he released two solo albums on R&S.

In 2002, he shifted his focus to his solo career with the "Visions of Blah" album on Kompakt and his first solo live shows, which were a huge success. He was incredibly excited about his experiences playing live on tour for this album, and has basically been on fire ever since. In 2004, he released the "Lowflow" album on Plug Research and continued to tour the world, with two stops at The Bunker at Tonic in 2005.

After a few more years producing and touring with The Orb, Thomas released "Honigpumpe" on Kompakt in May 2007. We are incredibly excited to have Thomas back with us at The Bunker again. Every time he plays, he tears the roof off, and tonight should be no different.

Daniel Meteo is one of the unsung heroes of the electronic music world. He runs the the Flow.er booking agency, with a roster including Deadbeat, Thomas Fehlmann, Dabrye, and Jan Jelinek ... a full time job in and of itself. He has DJed around Europe and the rest of the world, spinning everything from reggae to downtempo to techno. He throws parties on a regular basis in Berlin. He runs his own label Meteosound, and is also part owner of Shitkatapult. Oh, and he also finds time to make amazing music! He has released 2 albums and 3 singles as Bus with production partner Tom Thiel on Pole's ~scape imprint, and a slew of solo releases on his own label. He hasn't stopped by the Bunker since 2004 on the ~scape 5 Year Anniversary Tour our and we're curious to see what he's been up to.
